great location but noisy lobby

The place was super clean, which I loved! Nice microwave and fridge in the room, and the breakfast spread was solid—eggs, waffles, the works. But the service was a bit rough. I asked for extra pillows and waited ages. Had to call twice for towels. It was frustrating, especially when my son needed them for his nebulizer.

We had a fantastic time exploring nearby attractions with our grandchild. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of fresh options. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, a play area for kids would be great.

i had a great stay at the hampton inn. very clean and well-maintained. the breakfast was surprisingly good, and the service was top-notch. it’s just a short drive to the plymouth meeting mall, only 6 minutes away, and i enjoyed the fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool.
